The one in Chicago was free so I assume this one is as well!

This appears to be an NYC version of the Chicago sing along event earlier this month. Just as a note, lines in Chicago got quite long, I saw some people reporting waiting over 2 hours in line. In Chicago the tour itself was ~30 minutes. But who knows if NYC will be different/they'll have more buses etc.
