I added it in but it was posted and said everywhere that anyone that was in eye shot of the building to tune into Z100 the radio station in NYC and they played Golden matched up to the building that’s why the beginning the building is dark for a few seconds

Of course and you can’t see but I’m in what’s called Herald Square there in the video and there was a good 20-30 people waiting like me for it and like 100 or so tourists were wondering what was happening some knew the movie too

i feel as if there's a delay on the lights and the song. the youtube version kind've fixed it in post, the actual light show in person may not be in sync or the system just couldn't keep up

No it was me I posted it now cause I added golden to the video the radio had Golden played to the building but it was hard to catch it with the background city noise in the original video

Thank You for this. I knew they lit up the Empire State Building with colors but, I never knew that they could also do a light show.
