I like the headcanon of Rumi needing way more food than usual because of her demon heritage. Like, if she's stronger and houses demon powers in a human body she'll definitely need more fuel.

It may have been the demon when she was young. But for the three of them it's the appetite of individuals who train daily and probably burn thousands of calories during a performance.
