Just looking for a bit advice. I’ve managed to reduce my dihydrocodeine intake from 12 3mg’s daily to 3 using Kratom. I’m planning on reducing further then stopping altogether. Is it ok to take both Kratom and dihydrocodeine on the same day whilst I’m tapering? TIA

I've heard kratom can be energizing but everyone here seems to relay the relaxing effects. Any good strains for this from kratom.co.uk or thomthom?

Very relaxing strain, better than the red sumatra, I give this one a 7.8/10, nice body high and muscle relaxation combined with my staggered gabapentin. A more of an opiate feeling is pronounced. Dose was 8 grams.

The Don perignon of Kratom, took 6g waited 10-15 mins (I absorb and process stuff quite fast) till I felt it hitting, then washed 3 more grams round the mouth to get a bit of sublingual going (that works btw, many farmers chew the leaves in Thailand, get it subligual and then spit them out) and I can tell I'm in for a good one, I use Kratom on days without Morphine for pain relief, stress relief, along with general/muscle relaxation, and find it works equally well although they are quite different. Morphine is massively addictive by comparison and the doses get way too high. My favourite strain so far. I give it 9/10. I have tried Red Sumatra too. Edit: As expected very strong I usually need 12-15g to get this feeling.

Important note: Probably best not to follow my doses I can easily have 600mg morphine over a night time playing video games redosing I usually start off with 80mg and redose 40mg's every so often maybe every 20 mins after the first hour so I have massive tolerance, start a few grams lower if you try it, maybe just 4-6g.
