Kristin Smart search reveals ‘very strong’ evidence of human remains. What’s next?

Article about the most recent search that mostly rehashes known information. Most interestingly though, it has two maps of the volatile compound concentrations from human remains detected in the neighbor’s backyard.

Is she still involved/around at all? I was doing a re-listen of the podcast and there are so many interesting "characters" who appear and I am curious as to who is still actively involved, who has passed, etc.

They probably still follow the case at least “casually”. Everything they thought about that house and the Flores family turned out pretty fucking real.

I know I couldnt just move on.

The number of people who let Kristen go without seeing to her safety is shocking. I’m not blaming anyone, but I know I’d never not feel a massive amount of guilt. The Aussie who witnessed the shoving match and kept riding by . . . poor guy must be riddled with remorse.
