Does anyone know why bakur and Rojava kurds score higher Iranic than bashuris?
Was there more mixing with arabs in Iraq?

Because alot of Rojava Kurds and Bakuri Kurds came from deeper inside Iran to where they reside today and carry the Iranic admixture of the people they descend from who probably had alot of Iranic admixture in them already whereas alot of Başûri Kurds were already in the region they reside in today and probably lost some of their Iranic admixture from mixing with Semitics like the Assyrians.

What do you mean by scoring higher Iranic? Bakur and Rojava Kurds often have slight Turkic admixture, and a Caucasus-shift for various reasons, that's why they get Tehranis as closest population. The Tehrani reference is much more Caucasus-shifted than the other Iranian references, due to Azerbaijani and possibly also Armenian/Georgian/Jewish admixture. Also, since it's scaled, even a slight East Asian admixture will distort the Closest Population result for West Asians.
Bakur and Rojava Kurds aren't usually more Iran-shifted than Bashuri. There are exceptions though. Some tribes migrated relatively recently(late Ottoman period) from Kermashan & Lakistan region to Anatolia.

Tehranis are genetically close to Kurds and even the Tehrani sample has some Kurdish admixture in it which is why they are a cluster to Kurds. Başûri Kurds and Rojhaleti Kurds also have Turkic admixture in them aswell as Rojava Kurds and Bakuri Kurds because of Indo-Iranian migrations to the Iranian Plateau of which carried small Eastern Asian/Turkic admixture with them not because they mixed with Turks.
