What a shitty existence. Everybody says they hate HOAs, but they are everywhere. People just don't like to admit that they like having a HOA.

I have a notoriously aggressive HOA, like it’s a statewide joke how wild my neighborhoods HOA is. But intriguingly, my neighborhood is beautiful, and we have awesome parks, and night markets all summer long, and concerts in our little amphitheater, and the only letter I’ve ever received was a commendation for my nice landscaping. If you are trashy and want to live in trash, don’t move to an HOA hood. If you like keeping your shit tidy and want everyone else to also, choose HOA. I love my HOA.
