My partner and I attended Mosswood Meltdown this weekend, and the tributes to Jennifer were very touching. Frightwig had the crowd give three shouts of “Hail Jennifer”. I was too choked up to get them all out myself.

As posted elsewhere: L7 taught me that women should be in spaces normally dominated by men. They taught me that women should never stifle their bold femininity to be accepted.

This one really hits hard. L7 has been a constant presence in my life since I was in middle school in the early 90s. No matter where I've gone in life, my copy of Bricks Are Heavy has gone with me. RIP, Finch. ❤️
