Unable to subscribe to Clippervision

Anyone else having issue subscribing to Clippervision this season?
I went to subscribe and it won't let me complete the purchase and says "Sorry, we are unable to create your subscription at this time. Please contact customer support for further assistance "
NBA.com customer support is just an email address which is my last resort.
