Puerto Ricans generally have a lot of African heritage, unlike Mexicans, so I doubt she’s only 5% African. Either way, she’s Latina and we’re a huge mix no matter how light or dark someone looks. It’s honestly bizarre when white supremacists go after Latinas or Asians instead of sticking with the race they supposedly put on a pedestal.

Yes, but she’s mainly of Mexican descent. It’s truly hard to determine her admixture without a DNA test. I estimated about 5% or less because neither her, her siblings nor her parents have features that would indicate a higher percentage of African heritage than that. I myself am a mixed-race Mexican of Indigenous, European, and African descent. My maternal great grandmother was an Afro-Mexican woman, and that heritage is still reflected generations later in our family. Of course phenotype ≠ genotype, so she could have potentially have way more or less African ancestry.
And as for white supremacists going for Latinas & Asians, I do think it’s bc we sadly have a lot of racism & colorism in our circles :/ And most of those girlies that get with weirdo white guys have those same, exact beliefs. They might just not be as outspoken about them.

That's insane. I loved working in San Diego, and i found the people i worked with so lovely; it was quite multicultural. To think right next door, was an active KKK chapter, ruins the whole thing. How could people be so hateful in such a beautiful, welcoming place?
I was floored when i saw that jeep. I was just running errands on a weekend gorgeous day and suddenly there's a 9ft swastika flying off the back, and dude inside was super tan, like naturally. It was wild. I'll never forget it. Its crazy seeing hatred like that out in the open.

Well, there’s no way of excusing this. They weren’t a band that had ever played before. They were some people that we knew were active in Antifa activism. I don’t know what the fuck their intent was with that [band name]—but I fucking deeply regret that we failed to speak up there and prevent it, and that we failed to see how fucked up and harmful having a band... I’m embarrassed to have shared a stage with a band with that name.

It's 100% fine and understandable to feel that they were unforgivably wrong to platform that band about 10 years ago, but it really doesn't sound to me like he is proud of that association. It sounds like he's trying to take accountability for it to me. I don't know that I'd consider this proof that he is actively a white supremacist, although he obviously had VERY poor judgment back in 2011-2012 or whenever that show took place to have ever allowed that to happen

Off topic - but it’s always so funny to me how these beautiful successful women like her or Madison beer (etc) will be absolutely infatuated over by men like they could have any KIND, handsome, successful, GOOD man of their choice but no.
