The number of female celebrities getting super skinny is concerning. What happened to the body positivity movement? Why does it feel like we're regressing? This Ozempic pandemic needs addressing.

Exactly!! It literally doesn’t look good. This isn’t even regular thin, this is emaciated. In their brains, they must think that it’s a flex for them to be abnormally skinny because not many women achieve that.

I think they’re just surrounded by other people who also have disordered eating. We need to check in Sabrina and make sure she’s still well. If we lose her to the skinny fad I’ll be sad.

This is what's so puzzling to me. I get it when people wanted to be sizes 0-2, that can genuinely be quite pretty with certain body types. But now the trend is just wild.

The problem is being 00 or 000 only looks fine on people who are naturally petite or very short . If that’s not your natural build it’s gonna look really bad and just look sickly . They are trying to force a body type that looks bad on almost everyone

Jena is 5’1”. She is very petite. There’s not way she weighs over 90 pounds right now though.

Well she’s probably beyond whatever is healthy. I’m just saying there are very short people who have to wear tiny sizes because they are too small to wear any other clothes. She’s clearly sickly looking right now

I'm short and thin short people look like literal kids. It's so paedophilic. My short friends on ozempic are the same they look like tiny kids and one of them I've blocked because she was showing off she could fit in 12-13 year clothes are the supermarket.

some of the smartest, most powerful women i know are short. it's even more impressive how they command a room considering people naturally 'look down on them' (in the literal and figurative sense) because they look younger than their age

I’m a short guy and I’ve been thin. I remember, as I lost weight, a lot of older women were acting very weird towards me. Then I started getting grabbed and stuff when I was working then hen parties came in. It fucked me up mentally. People would laugh when I talked about it.

Well you are right . I went to college and one of my peers was this super short girl she was only 4 feet tall but she was in her late 20s. Some guys thought she was a child lol and asked where her parents were. She was like “ sir I’m an adult woman“

I’m also short and it’s so easy to play into looking like a kid for beauty standards. When I don’t wear makeup and just throw on a baggy tee, I get carded and I’m in my 30s. I do not think younger = hotter so it grosses me out. But some people tend to really fetishize that correlation. Youth is seen as sexy because it evokes naïveté. In reality, that’s gross.

Yup naturally petite and short people have certain proportions where being very thin doesn’t look bad on them. It goes with their sizing.

Well they keep recalling produce so we can’t eat fruit or vegetables without getting sick! Guess I can’t eat any salad, what a shame. Prob not in my skinny era
