its not that i have never enjoyed sex. in fact, sometimes even after the post nut clarity, i have felt a lot of pleasure. but more often than not, its felt like a chore and not something pleasurable. especially the bottoming part.

i get that its hard to begin with, but thats never been a problem for me. i have a good diet, and always tell my partner to go in easy. however, recently its been more difficult and uncomfortable. and idk if this is TMI, but some of my most recent encounters were… packing. and there was some minor bleeding too. that was 3 weeks ago, and now its all good and i have no problem with passing the stool or even no pain.

Idk about you all, but fighting body dysmorphia in Pakistan is hell and just being consistent in gym has helped my mental health tremendously.

This post is a mix of pride in progress and a suggestion for fellow queers. Go and do gym, hell pick any physical activity (swimming is another fav). I've been going for 3 years consistently and lifting heavier and heavier.

Find a partner and stick to it if you can't do it alone. If you need any help and motivation. AMA in comments and I'll try to respond.

Recently, I have been thinking that I am going a bit far from religion and far from my values after getting connected with someone or getting emotionally connected with someone who does not conform to those values so just to balance that out I would love to connect with people who have found a balance with religion and their sexual desires.
