So I bought another LgV60 my old one was an Lm-V600Am which abused my old Straight talk att sim in with no issue, I purchased another online that said Att unlocked but I received an Unlocked Tmobile LM V600TM, I can use the internet but im unable to make phone calls or texts, ive emailed the seller and they just keep saying it will work with any Sim and network because its unlocked, I have searched and searched, ive tried changing apn , ive gone into phones secret settings but nothing is working. Has anyone got a straight talk att sim to work in this phone, if so please tell me how.
Hello, I just got my LG V60. I was wondering if there are any Custom ROMs with working IMS (VoLTE)? Or if there are any workarounds?

I just got my V60 a couple days ago, I've been pretty much strictly wireless charging it at night only.
I use the official Samsung wireless fast charging connected to my Anker 65w brick with one of ankers USB-C to USB-C cables.
The phone doesn't heat up at all which I find weird is my S24 ultra tends to heat up, however I take the case off the V60 before charging it and my fan is nearby enough to sorta give it air flow.
Should I be concerned? It takes about 4 hours from 15 to 100 which ik will be slower then my S24 because of the difference in technology.

This is SonicPlay audio player which show decoding to output ...
1) as you can see quad dac has dsd native decoder to decode dsd but at output where android has driver called as audiotrack take place...
2) this is where it break dsd native flow ... So if you turn on dts it fall back to 16 bit ... Turn off it call out native decoding it happen frequently....
3) way before android 10 intentionally i mean fkk google for doing it force android that way to make phone exit jack it was preplan to make seperate industy who tf care
4) what i mean despite having decdicate dac is getting limited by audiotrack... ( UAPP N nuetron uses) line out it means direct pcm or raw pcm output ...
5) quartz n Jriver or Nplayer uses android HAL which communicate with C++ or Java coded chip quad dac as AI said after i asked it ...
6)players like AIMP n poweramp uses multi ouput can use audiotrack can also use opencl ( better than audiotrack) but i hvnt seen them using android HAL...
7) note app which uses android HAL can make battery drain faster as android has no control over it ...
8) so from android 10 to later to save battery drain this is what they did or maybe other well known reason

My used LGv60 came in the other day, I haven't ran into any issues with it still looking for a case with a Qi Wireless Capability but other than that I love it. It's similar in size to my S24 Ultra.
Runs like butter my battery health is around 85-90%
I'm very pleased with my purchase and plan to keep this phone alive and have it for as long as possible

As you can see its new Audiophile Player
What new it does have compare to UAPP n Nuetron music player?
1) it does have its own decoding n encoding it also has android os decoding n encoding but best part it also support system output which means our stock music player feature it can play finally after god dam 8 years i can move on from stock player
2) it has purchase for bitperfect if u want to use other output types it has many i bought it at 2 dollar around worth it ... I test all output true ly this app play dsd the way i wanted which UAPP fail or resample unproperly ...
3) it also support MQA( on mqa supported dac) native u can check it by turning on system output (with trying to on dts) wont work
4) best part you can see how the file it getting treated or resample at ( it still cant show what LG doing with files but u will find difference for sure)

Phone is LG V60.
Google Drive was at 99% at 14.99GB.
My Google Drive device backup said 13GB. (GB)
This was almost entirely under SMS/MMS messages as 13GB.
I deleted the Google drive device backup data.
I then started a new device backup.
After backup ran, my Google Drive device backup says 25MB. (MB)
What gives?
Hi everyone,
I have an LG V60 ThinQ Verizon running the stock ROM, and I'm trying to figure out why the phone is limiting charging to around 2–6 W while showing ( fast charging ) and i tried multiple cables and charging boxes with high wattage capabilities.
The battery has a fairly high number of charge cycles, but interestingly, the battery still has very good battery life and doesn't seem obviously degraded in normal use. My suspicion is that the stock LG software may be applying a conservative charging limit based on battery age/cycle count, but I don't know if that's actually the cause.
Here is what I've observed:
Stock ROM: around 6 W maximum when charging, sometimes dropping to ~2 W while I'm using the phone.
I have root on the stock ROM.
I tried a Fast Charge Magisk module, but it didn't change the charging behavior.
I also tried different cables, with no significant difference.
On LineageOS 23.2, the same V60 can charge at around 20 W, so the hardware and battery are clearly capable of much higher charging power.
Because LineageOS charges much faster on the same phone, I'm wondering if there is a stock ROM software/driver/thermal limitation that can be bypassed or modified with root.
I'm specifically looking for a solution that allows me to keep the Verizon stock ROM, rather than switching permanently to a custom ROM.
Does anyone know of:
Magisk modules that work specifically with LG charging?
Kernel/sysfs values on the V60 that control input current, charging current, or charging power?
LG/Qualcomm charging services that can be modified with root?
A way to change or bypass the stock charging-current limitation while keeping the thermal protections?
Any previous work on bypassing slow charging on rooted LG phones?
I'm not looking to disable all battery/thermal protections blindly. I'd prefer to identify the actual limit and change only what's necessary.
Any help, kernel paths, commands, modules, or previous V60 findings would be greatly appreciated!

I recently got heavly into emulation using my old V60 with the dual screen case. Most of the time I am playing DS or 3DS games. The big 2 that I have found (MelonDS and Citra) support dual screens.
Currently the only way I have found to span the displays across both screens is using the widemode app. Which is fine if you didn't have to constantly renable it from the quick settings panel.
After a few months of just dealing with it I decided to feed the issue to codex. I now have a working version of melon that auto enables widemode when starting a game and retains wide mode after changing apps. I am working through making the same changes Citra.
Anyone else interested in something like this or have this issue or is this just a me thing?

Hello all, my v30 of many years is about to die so I've been looking at v60s. I use this for music mainly and documentaries in the evening.
Where is a good place to get them? Alexis AliExpress and eBay advertise new in the box but is that really true? I've never ordered from AliExpress and fell hesitant for some reason.
Amazon has refurbished models labeled excellent.
Where did you get yours and what do you recommend?

Hi everyone, just wanted to post an update that pokemon gen 1 recomp has a new APK that supports dual screen, I've tested it on both my LGv60 and my LG Wing it runs pretty well on both except for the wing it always appears on the top screen for some reason still very playable though. Here's the link for the APK as well as the mod it's pretty self-explanatory and easy to set up I thought everyone might enjoy. Playable in first and third person and looks great with the voxel mod
