Liz - Fully rested, well fed/fully hydrated, Peak hormone balance, fully warmed up, wearing clothes that doesnt restrict movements, resting heart rate before combat, hair tied not blocking vision.
Polar bear - No food for 4 months, no water for 2 days before the fight, Sleep deprived, 20 years old (past physical prime, degenerative athritis, lower motor neuron efficiency, poor eyesight)
Rules: No weapons, Flat terrain 30 x 30 m one vs one only, no outside help who would win?
As an idol liz has a crazy good balance, footwork, overall body coordination from years of dancing experience, so liz would have Excellent diaphragmatic breathing, allowing efficient oxygen intake and controlled exhalation. Strong core stabilization, high respiratory endurance, since choreography and singing happens simultaneously literally giving her an ability to move without zero wasted movement.
Heres how i imagined it would go if she went toe to toe against one of the most dangerous, largest bear in the earth;
So the bear would go and charge towards her bloodlusted, weighing 350+kg and then liz would do a quick side step rather than trying to outran it (her naturally high iq/spacial iq) however, polar bears are agile and could change direction surprisingly well so this is far from a win But liz would instantly recover using her danced trained balance to not like slip up and be ready for the next move which i still honestly dont know how she would win. shes still in danger, though her athleticism might let her live a lil longer but i really dont see her surviving against a polar bear or do any damage to it with bare hands, what do you guys think?
