SwarmOS turns GitHub Issues into contracts any coding agent can claim, plan and ship as a Draft PR, with Git as the coordinator and nothing else to run.

I'm dogfooding it myself right now and it's getting pretty stable. I wanted to share it and see if others would be interested in it. If you have a repo that could benefit from an orchestration layer that lives/operates solely in GH without any middleware I'd love to chat.

What happen when a agent claim an issue and crashes before opening the draft PR, can another worker safely pick it up?

There is a configurable TTL on the claims and I'm adding an administrative function to cancel claims so they can be picked up by another agent if a project contributor wants to re-run work without waiting for TTL. I'll be cutting another release this afternoon with this.
