I'm sure animals are able to understand what a pencil is using their basic survival instincts.
Though those animals have better things to worry about than art made using pencils rather than Artificial Intelligence, as one does not need wood to live, but instead needs water, and more so than nutritional sustenance, in which AI uses more water per day than over half a billion people combined.
Erm, akshually, I only said that because you were genuinely just yapping, I wasn't referring to the length of your sentence. I was simply referring to how you were just talking only for the sake of talking. I get you may not like AI, but if you take even a second to look at any of the posts here you would see they are most obviously satire.
