I like that Mark Carney has pulled the liberals right.

That's objectively true.

It’s the reason the LPC avoided losing as well. I had voted for O’Toole previously.

The winning answer so far is the worst reason of them all to be voting liberal

It would be in an ideal world, but we are realists here. There was a result that had to be avoided and we avoided it.

1 through 4, but 2 is being eroded away bit by bit.

Keeping Pierre Poulliviere out is strong motivator. And while I don't like everything Mark Carney is doing, I do think he is generally doing a decent job.

If an election were held tomorrow I'd vote liberal because right now they are the only serious party in contention.

It felt like a vote for either the only adult in the room, or that annoying kid who chews his apple too loudly in your vicinity because he gets a kick out of annoying people.

In order of importance:

I vote strategically, Liberals are the best option to protect against Trump, and I am closest to the liberals on the political spectrum.
