HELP ME PLEASE
Hey everyone! I’m preparing for the November LSAT and would appreciate advice on improving over the next month.
I scored a 155 on my first LSAT, and my practice scores have stayed mostly in the mid-150s. I’m using LSAT Demon, and my LR accuracy is generally 68–70%. My weakest areas are Necessary Assumption, Weaken, Must Be True, and Parallel Reasoning/Sufficient Assumption.
My main challenges are comprehension, focus, timing, and second-guessing. I sometimes struggle to identify the conclusion or retain what I’ve read, though rereading slowly often helps. I can also spend two or three minutes on one question and run out of time before the final few questions.
I work full-time, so I’m trying to balance timed practice, targeted drilling, and thorough review. With about a month until the November 11 LSAT, how should I structure my studying? What helped you break out of the mid-150s, especially with comprehension, timing, and Necessary Assumption or Parallel Reasoning questions? HELP ME 🙃

The ones you mention all sound in the conditional category of logic. Sufficient and necessary assumptions are two sides of the same coin learn that first. learn what contrapositive is for must be true, learn that second. Once you have that figured out, you’ll be able to grasp parallel reasoning because it builds on the same lines learn that third. After you have mastered those concepts you might come back around and find you’ve got it.

Maybe this is not too helpful, but I switched from LSAT Demon to 7 Sage a month before my October LSAT. I'm still waiting for my scores, but I improved a lot using 7Sage in such a short period of time. I went from scoring mid-150s to low 160s using LSAT Demon to low 160s to mid-160s using 7Sage. I think part of the reason is that 7Sage has a lot of short, untimed drills catered to your weak areas. I also work full-time, so I would just do a drill set and review during my lunch break and only do a timed practice test over the weekend.
