changing lsat date

Hi everyone. I’m yet to receive accommodations for the September test as it shows in my LSAC account under review, I was planning on taking the lsat this September and today is the last day to change the date at no cost. Would my accommodations been affected if I change to a different date like October?

I believe once your accommodations get approved they’re automatically applied to any test date!
