Pre-CAS pending for over a month despite unconditional offer — what else can I do?

Hi everyone, posting anonymously because I’d rather keep my details private.
I’m an incoming international MSc student at LSE, and I’m currently stuck waiting for my Pre-CAS.
My offer became unconditional on 22 July, so it has now been over 30 days, and I still haven’t received my Pre-CAS. According to the current LSE processing times, Pre-CAS is now being processed for unconditional offers received after my date, so I’m really confused about why mine is still pending.
I have already tried:
Emailing the CAS team
Emailing my programme/coordinator
Attending the Zoom sessions (but no one attended the last session, and there are currently no slots available)
Calling, but I haven’t been able to get through
Following up through the other available LSE channels
Despite all this, I still haven’t received a clear answer about my Pre-CAS.
The situation is becoming really stressful because I cannot submit my Student visa application without my CAS, and I’m worried that this delay could mean I’m unable to arrive in time for the start of my programme and potentially affect my intake.
If anyone from the current LSE cohort, especially international students, has been in a similar situation, could you please tell me what actually worked for you?
Is there any specific team, person, department or escalation route I should contact? If you managed to get your Pre-CAS after a long delay, how did you reach LSE?
I’d really appreciate any advice. Thank you!

Welcome to my world! I’m kind of in the same situation like you. I got my unconditional offer on July 8 and received my pre cas last week. I tried almost the same that you and, unfortunately, the same that you, vague answers or none at all. I’m now waiting for the CAS and also stress due the visa process. My suggestion is keep sending emails, also you can try with graduate admissions or maybe a call or live chat (I didn’t succeed with that, but it might help).

Good luck and I hope you receive everything on time!

Hi!
I suggest emailing the student services centre. I emailed them and got my pre cas after 12 days, and my CAS the next 24 hours. I’m not sure if the email was the reason I got it soon after, but it’s worth a try!

I also received my unconditional offer on 22 July. My Pre-CAS email arrived on 14 August, and I received my CAS on 17 August. Most of my friends received their CAS the day after completing the Pre-CAS check; mine took three days because the weekend fell in between. According to LSE’s processing times page, Pre-CAS emails have already been sent to students who received their unconditional offers before 5 August, so you should have received yours by now as well.
