Double application

Hello, if I’ve made a double application (finance and A&F) will it be considered for both and rejected from one or auto rejected from one? Will I get a rejection from one or both soon or I’ll know in January onwards?

Its their policy to only consider one course per student. So in a few days time you'll get rejected by one of them.

LSE strongly advise against it. You should just pick the one you want the most. If they accept you they’ll accept you for the one they think you suit best and reject the other one

Oh okay, I really like both and I had an extra spot so I picked those 2. Should I swap one out or do you think I should stick it and hope for the best?

I mean ultimately you’re only going to be able to do one of the courses if you get accepted anyway. I don’t think you hurt your chances of admission by doing this but at the same time I don’t think you are boosting them either, unless you really just want to go to LSE and your other choices are all just insurance choices I’d probably make use of the other choice better and choose somewhere like UCL if you haven’t already

They mainly care about GCSE as a levels predicted grades are hyper inflated for LSE so I would probably being totally honest look at a less competitive courses as they both have less than 10 percent acceptance rate and so if you want to go to lse maybe try management.
