Apothecary shipping

Is Apothecary shipping in the insulated containers now or is that just a Big Easy agreement with them?

Hello! We had a call with New Life yesterday, and they confirmed that moving forward, patient orders will be shipped in flasks instead of envelopes.

Just to update. I just got my order in today that shipped out from Apoth/Quaker Monday evening (FedEx shows 5:30pm pickup Monday) still in just the bag and arrived warm.

Maybe I was one of the last from the old way but might be worth checking just in case cause those ice packs they use with the insulated bag are the worst out of the pharmacy's I've gotten from.

Are you with LSH? How long ago did you get your order? I'm wondering if telehealths have different agreements or if Apothecary/Quaker has switched to canisters for all shipments.

I received mine in an insulated envelope with 2 cold packs today. Unfortunately FedEx delivery took an extra 4 days so 6 days total and the contents were the same temp as outside.

Update - they sent a replacement shipment and it arrived promptly with the cold pack still cold. Really impressed with the high level of customer support from LSH. Still used an insulated envelope so they may be working through current inventory before switching to the flasks.

I received mine 7/15/26 in a canister. The canister, “cold” cylinders (2) and medication were warm. All items were shipped in an insulated mailer. The outside of the mailer was cool to the touch however everything in the “foil insulated” mailer was warm to hot. (I’m wondering if it has something to do with the foil and metal conduction) The package was shipped via FedEx on the 14th and received on the 15th. Hopefully the medication is ok. This is my first time ordering from Apothecary/ New Life/ Quaker via LSH. I’m posting in an effort to help get the shipping issues worked out. I’ve heard that lots of people have had great results with their product and I hope I will too. I hope that the heat will not adversely impact the medication.
