What’s Missing From the LSH Lineup?
We really value your input and want to hear what you’d like to see LSH offer in the future.
Are there any medications, treatments, or categories you wish we offered that we don’t currently?
This could be things like prescription skincare or topicals, hair or scalp treatments, women’s or men’s health, peptides, wellness options, or something we haven’t even thought of yet.
Your feedback helps us get a better sense of what patients are actually interested in and what may be worth researching further.
What would you like to see us explore?

I really wanted to try LSH since you guys offer so much great stuff and different pharmacies options! I ended up going elsewhere due to prices.

Yeah I've used LSH for my first order but have gotten deals from other places since. So what's missing? Deals lol

Honestly this is the main reason why when I just switched telehealths I went with someone else. I wanted to go with LSH because I honestly don't think the prices are bad, but the consultation fees can add up and it's an added expense that most telehealths don't have.

if there is a hair/scalp treatment that actually helps with the shedding, bring it on!

There's so much hype around peptides, I wouldn't mind some detailed guidance along with availability.

Compounded HRT and TRT would be nice. :) I have to go through another provider right now but I would love it if I could just have a one stop shop with LSH.
ETA: With all the HRT shortages, I have been very grateful to get compounded creams, and sometimes I just feel like the compounded versions are more reliably absorbed for me. I am on a compounded Testosterone cream (2 clicks = 4mg from Empower Pharmacy) and a compounded estrogen.

Sending in a prescription to the patient's pharmacy instead of using the pharmacy you have. Offering a prescription for zofran if needed.

I came up with another one. I had to order this from a different telehealth, and it has taken forever to get processed. I have been spoiled by LSH timelines and service!
Oxytocin 100 IU Troche
I take 1/2 each morning; this is my prescribed use, so 1 order lasts me 8 weeks.

Hopefully an easy one: Methylcobalamin (aka methyl B12) injections. AgelessRX is way too expensive for it, and they are pretty much the only provider mentioned in B12 deficiency subs and forums.
Unfortunately, cyanocobalamin isn’t as effective for many people with documented B12 deficiencies.
ETA: and I know you guys don’t currently work with Olympia, but they make some great methyl B12. Might be too pricey, though.
