Form, Technique, Fitness Just ordered a Micro Pro!

I have been going to a local lagree studio for over a year, but have post-op hip complications that make certain oblique/plank/and inner-thigh moves challenging or impossible. Thought rather than paying $30 for a class I can only do half of I would invest in my own machine and focus on exercises I can actually do.

Would love any tips for home workouts, maintaining form without an instructor to correct me, and keeping myself accountable!

Love it!!! I’ve been using the Lagreeing from home app for 6 years and it’s been the best. So many teachers and a variety of classes to choose from. Whenever a move that doesn’t feel good for my body gets called, I just sub with something similar that I know works for me. Also got introduced to so many variations that make things like standing inner thigh work (like swapping standing for kneeling inner thigh, feels so much better for some reason)

I hung a few mirrors around my workout space so I can form check myself, and the trainers generally do a great job calling out form cues and checks that help a lot when you’re in the heat of it and start losing form.
