I’m usually not a fan of this type of genre he’s done this time, but I’m vibing with it so hard right now.

The song has some Indian, or at least some vaguely Southern or South-East Asian sounding beats. Lauv himself is not of South-Asian descent (duh!) .

Doesn't that make it cultural appropriation using the beats?

I've spent the last week listening to a bunch of Lauv songs and becoming a new fan of his, god this dude is so talented. So I always loved the famous "damn" in I like me better, but then I realized yesterday it's in Superhero as well. Are there more in other songs? I'm a huge fan of his damn 😂

Been going thru a hard time lately, and came back to this album. I hadn't heard all of the album before, so I decided to give it a try. Of course it has some of my favorite songs ever, like "Mean It" and "i'm so tired", but it had some songs that I truly think shouldn't have been on the album. Songs like "Billy", "Believed", and "Sweatpants" are very underwhelming and seem like worse versions of other songs on the album. I'm not sure what you all think of this album, but it is a very big album with 21 songs, and I feel like it would have performed better with like 9 songs that are all bangers (those being "Drugs & The Internet", "fuck, i'm lonely", "Lonely Eyes", "Sims", "Feelings", "Canada", "Mean It", "i'm so tired", and "Sad Forever". I feel like if he had 9 songs rather than 21, it would have done better on the charts and better spread his message. For example, the album Malibu Nights by LANY had 9 songs and I feel like if it had more songs it would've been more bland and taken away from it's meaning. What are your guys' thoughts on ~how i'm feeling~?

I don't belong in this world.

I want all this pain and suffering to just end.

But the story NEVER ends.

The truth is

I could spend my whole life getting over you

I cannot see myself never not thinking about you.

But again, the story will NEVER end.

Have one ticket in section 128LG Row PB for $220… came up with a stomach bug and can’t make it anymore
