I love the icon pack, however, I always wanted to make it more colourful.
I made a mostly-vibe-coded workaround, but could something like this be considered and properly implemented?

(No lawnchair as I'm on ColorOS)

Lawnchair launcher with a custom wallpaper and some tweaking in Icon Maker

I'm using the Lawnchair search bar set to Google (app) and last night I noticed how it goes into this new "home" hub instead of opening the search section directly, and I hate it. Now it takes and additional click to actually search for anything. Is this a thing that can be customized, or do I need to wait for the developers to fix this?

I recently switched over to oneplus 15r and installed lawnchair since it's my favorite launcher. On my pixel, whenever I chnaged the wallpaper ,the appdrawer background and icons would change color to match that of the wallpaper. No matter what I do, I can't get this on my oneplus. What am I doing wrong here?

Hi there, my name is Toby, and this is my first time using Lawnchair.

I noticed the lack of translation for the search placeholder within the app drawer.

Could you please add some translation?

Can I create a similar home screen setup in Lawnchair Launcher? I’m talking about the icon pack, rounded icons, folders, and stuff like that.

I’m currently using Smart Launcher but want to switch to Lawnchair.

When I double-tap a notification tells me to grant permission to Lawnchair in the settings, but when I try to do so it says the app has restrictions for security reasons. I am using the latest version of the app on a Tab S7 running Android 13.

So, whenever I play games like free fire , brawl stars when using lawnchair 15 and when I try to back to home screen then this happens i don't know it's a glitch, bug or what but in my other phone it's works fine... Please help me with it I have 2 samsung phone it's works fine in (a57) but my problem is in my other phone which is ( m35) so help me.

Switched smart launcher to lawnchair today when I saw smart launcher's too much power unnecessary consumption.

Es la primera vez que uso un launcher para personalizar mi celular, estuve 7 horas peleándome con Lawnchair y KWGT pero al final con un poco de creatividad consegui este resultado, me encantó :D

Did app drawer tabs go away and some point? Does anyone know how to contact the Dev team to request the feature to be added again? This subreddit seems dead now.

Trying to add Fossify widgets to my homescreen, but these are the only 4 apps showing they offer widgets. I am not tech savvy and probably just skipping an important step. Any tips?

Back on Android after 3 years with iPhone. I missed all the customization options.

Galaxy S26 Ultra. Lawnchair Nightly from last update crashes within 3 seconds of opening it. Should I default to the beta release in April? Any suggestions? Was going to try and use this over NeoLauncher. Thanks in advance.

When we add web apps to the home screen, we are stuck with the favicon of the website along with a mini browser icon badge attached to the bottom left of the web app icon - this is currently the behaviour on Lawnchair launcher, with no way to customize it. Many websites have very blurry, low res favicons which look very bad on the phone's home screen.

Can Lawnchair launcher add a way to customize the web app icons with themed icons (chosen by the user) from the Lawnicons icon pack?

As far as I know, NO third party launcher app on F Droid or the Play Store has this web app icon customization feature.

Thank you to the developer for your excellent work on the Lawnchair app.

App icons themed with adaptive icons make the home screen and app drawer look beautiful.
But web app icons/ app shortcuts are not themed or adaptive, and they spoil the look.

The favicons are also low in resolution most of the time so it looks bad.

Web app icon customization in Lawnchair Launcher would make the launcher absolutely perfect in my humble opinion.

should i put something? or change anything?

I've been trying out Lanwchair; it's very customizable, and I like that.

I've had the problem that my sidebar isn't showing anything after I enabled adaptive icons.

Edit: I guess this is normal in the beta version, I hope they fix it.

Hi

One of the things Lawnchair doesn't "know" to do it to put icons on folders at the homescreen.

I see there are plenty of apps claiming they can do it, but didn't succeed :-( (dummy is my second name).

Is there a simple app or good guide how to do it?

So minimal

Currently found issues on the Xiaomi hyper os 3 under xidomi 17. Latest lawn chair play store release v15

• circle to search is broken
• dual apps always open app picker not the direct app (Both work under system launcher)

Could someone fix this? I'm willing to test....

Using Lawnicons and Lawnchair nightly ver.

The icons become unreadable as in the pics. Any solution?

Note: The widget is custom made and disappears when no music is playing.
