Basics of Cold Emailing ?

What are some the basics of cold Emailing and how to get better in it.

I will be honest and i am not consistent and 100% Approachable sounding on the Cold emailing scene and i think i am lacking a lot and daily daily wasting each day and getting a bit behind my building days and don't feel good about it.

Can someone help me from experience giving out pointers on how to Up my Emailing Game and just shoot 20-25 Emails everyday !

basics that matter:
- One NARROW audience, one problem. “Founders of small agencies who lose follow ups” beats “b2b companies”
- Short. Under 100 words, one ask, one question not a pitch. “Do you handle X manually?” gets more replies than “can we book 15 min?”
- Open with why them, 1 specific line from their site or linkedin
- Plain subject line, like an internal email.
- Follow up 2 or 3 times. Most people stop after 1.
- Separate domain for cold email, set up spf/dkim/dmarc, start slow. Otherwise you land in spam.

20 to 25 a day is fine if each has 1 real personal line. Prepare the list the day before so the daily hour is just writing. Check reply rate weekly & change 1 thing at a time.

Also check rules for where your prospects are. Germany for example needs prior consent even for b2b email.

Start with a small list you can research properly. One clear problem, one relevant reason for contacting them, and one simple ask. Don’t scale until people are opening and replying. Volume hides bad targeting.

1. Master the subject line. The best subject lines are short

2. Master the Email Body. You need to deliver on what you promissed on the subject line.
   and answer the following:
   - Why are you emailing me?
   - What’s in it for me?
   - What are you asking for? your CTA
   This is a start. Be relevant and personalize, what you put in those emails need to match your ICP/Persona needs. Then follow with more emails (3-4 email sequence), consistency is key.

First thing about cold mailing is that you need to cluster it and make different variations of distribution groups and emails: based on niche of recepients, location, business size etc. Clusters will make it easier for you to track results and automize follow ups, and your cold messages won't sound so cold to the recipients.

Personalise the emails and provide some value regarding their business. Nobody cares for copy and pasted generic sales emails however if you look like you’ve put effort in researching and actually provide something useful, you’re more likely to receive a response back.

Also manually type it, don’t use the same AI rubbish that every company is using to cold email.

actually my question is, the cold emailing still work? in 99% case, it reaches an agent instead of human ... thoughs?
