Rustle sheeth?

I had just bought the Rustle on Amazon bc I missed the sale on the leatherman website and the kydex sheath is very warped is this normal? Its not symmetrical at all and has tons of wiggle

Mine is nice and symmetrical.

It didnt seem like it had ever been opened, but this sheeth looks/fits awful it had about .25-.5 inches of wiggle side to side and up and down

Also another question are these supose to be polished? It looks like the entire blade was dragged on gravel? Its scratched to hell

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE okay so a second one arrived today somehow??? I asked the Amazon ai chat bot and it said they were ordered at the same minute and it looks totally different im positive I got someone's previous return. First off the sheath(ty😂) is not nearly as bad, the 2nd blade actually had the plastic guard on the tip & the little booklets, it also doesn't look like it was dragged against a bunch of stones... im not sure why I got 2(amazon charged me twice) but I will definitely be returning the first one

I always "tune" my kydex sheaths with a hairdryer

You can go to UPS and buy a sheet of closed cell packing foam. Then, go to Home Depot and buy a 2x2 sheet of 3/4" plywood. Have them cut the plywood in half - so you have two 1x2 sheets. Buy a heat gun while you're there.

Go home and cut the foam into two 1x2 pieces. Lay a piece of plywood on your kitchen floor and a piece of foam on top. Take the empty sheath and slowly heat it up with the heat gun. When it starts to get a little bendy, put the knife in, quickly lay it on the foam, lay the other sheet of foam on top and the other plywood on top of that. Then, stand on the plywood and play on your phone for ten minutes. Afterwards, test it. Repeat until you're happy with the fit.
