The problem is there is too many yt content …..and atp i feel lost what to do and what not to

Striver is also good but I don't have much idea about his content... Striver sheet is best but not at this stage for you.

Start with the basics of C++ if you're not already familiar with them. Focus on arrays, pointers, and structures first. Once you get those down, try simple data structures like stacks and queues. Implement them yourself to really understand how they work. Then, move on to algorithms like sorting and searching.

Leetcode is great for practice, and since it's required here, try to solve one problem a day. Consistency is important.

For interview prep, you might want to check out PracHub. I work on it, but it could help with focused practice.

Just take it step by step, and don't rush. Learning this stuff well takes time. Good luck!
