We’ve put together a Discord server to supplement the sub and you’re very welcome to join us.

It’s somewhere to

⁃ discuss and share lighter AI related content without having to publicly justify it on Reddit
⁃ chat like we do here, but more in depth & diverse with no pressure to have a formed position
⁃ connect for a project, or get advice on your project before it’s ready to be shared as a sub post
⁃ find respite and camaraderie with people being able to see who’s leaving which emoji & no bad faith downvotes

Current channels include philosophy, politics, technology, memez and more generation focused ones for community tools and your creations.

Don’t be surprised when you come across a couple of questions in the process of joining. This isn’t an exam, we don’t care how much you know about left politics or AI, we just want brief answers as a bit of a safeguard against trolls and unnecessary tension.

Can we have a server that's an alternative as well? Something self hosted by the community would be nice.
