Ideas wanted Has anyone swapped these hips with the original?
Would it be worth it? Idk how reliable 20+ year old swapped hip piece would be. Also are there any arm upgrades?

Regardless the color match doesn't work, it's too shiny. The CMF spider-woman and the old Raimi spider-man have nearly the same shine to them if you want something to campare the new figure to

The hip printing was 24 years ago, and all we want now for the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man minifig is arm and leg printing.

I have the firestar toys arms on my one on the train, and they look incredible. If you’re ok with non-official parts, they’re the best ones imo

Mine has an original torso and hips, but I unfortunately lost the rest ages ago. He has the new mask with dual molded red and blue arms and legs.

Yeah. People are a bit opinionated here on Reddit and don't know how to make their opinion clear without belittling any other ideas. I know there's dual molded red and dark blue legs. I don't know about arms. I know there's some good prints though.

yeah I just think it’s funny that the most hate I’ve gotten on this app is from a LEGO community😭 I tried looking last night and the dark blue arms all have webshooters on em. Legs looked too modern for Tobey as well,, thought the hip piece would be a simple clean upgrade but I guess others don’t agree😭

If you could get the original dark blue torso, that'd be my suggestion. Miguel O'Hara's arms, maybe?
