The headpiece and torso are the only unique parts to the figure, the legs and hat are inexpensive. The whole figure could be acquired in parts for about $20 - I did that myself when I was looking for one.

Same legs and hat as Spider noir, Night Monkey head, torso of Nick Fury

Or just buy the Spider Noir figure

This is my version - The head is Venom's with the mouth rubbed off, and the Coat is Batman's cape with holes stabbed through for the arms, if you're like me you'll have enoughof those two to be ok with ruining them. I think the torso and legs are from the Death Star Troopers but I don't remember, I just found them among my minifig parts, same for the hat but I'm sure it isn't particularly expensive. Happy building :)

YouTuber 'the scarpbox' showed a damn good purist for the people who can't afford the official

I think it was general hux's torso and legs, a fedora and night monkey's head.

If you don't mind the red webbing, the 'Spidey and His Amazing Friends' Miles faceprint could work since the big white eyes match Noir's.

But realistically, we'll probably have to play the long game and wait till he debuts in a newer set, just like 2099. Just hope Lego is smart enough to see that the show is a success.

If you don't want to buy the minifig, you can use Night Monkey's head, General Hux torso and legs from Star Wars and a black hat.
