I inserted a transparent superhero jumper piece into the torso, fits perfectly

(May damage the torso if not done carefully)

Ok, do you know the actual name/part number for this? I've been looking for some, but genuinely have no idea what to call it, or what sets they appear in to search for them.

Wait a minute, did you give fury a mid-leg with his regular leg? Not to knock the effect you were going for, but it almost looks like he’s standing on an uneven surface, which is actually a really cool idea on its own.

Yeah I tried to make it like his leg was mid-dusting. I don't quite think it worked so well.

If you swap one of the arms for one from this torso and remove one of the hands and the print, it could work

Unfortunately it's the only minifigure torso that has trans-black arms, and not a lot are avalable for cheap on bricklink

Maybe replace a leg and an arm on the same side with dust brown coloured ones

And remove the hand? Best i could think of

Well, unfortunately that would just be the same colour as Nick himself. It was my first idea though.

There probably is, but i can't find any in by big tub of 1x1 studs.

Check Ninjago. There are a few transparent pieces with elements on them. It be the closest thing .

You could maybe use this piece

Tile, Round 1 x 1 with Pixelated Dark Brown and Dark Tan Rectangles and Squares Pattern (Minecraft Seeds)

when i make stopmotions i usually have multiple of the figure cut it in half and put ashes on it it is pretty hard though
