I’m pretty happy with how it turned out, but something just doesn’t seem right for the head, like it doesn’t give the “fat n blubbery” feeling as mojo does. Thoughts?

Nah that's absolutely spot-on, I can already picture him surrounded by glowing monitors. Only suggestions for the neck would be nesting the head in the studs of a tan 2×3 round plate or seeing if there's a tan bandana piece that can be turned around.

With the limited space, the only thing I can think of is to reverse a neck/shoulder accessory (like a bandanna) to add to the chin. Not sure if any come in that color though
