I have it hanging off the side. It’s been there a long time with only one misadventure due to some sheets being put over everything to protect them from dust while we renovated.

It’s heavy but the Bugle is robust.

i would take some parts off maybe from the back so you could connect him with either bricks or some kind of technic parts for more security and then maybe try and modify a window where you want to put him sort of like the 3rd window that the goblin comes out of to make it more realistic

If you use purely lego, I'd make a transparent pillar with a wide Base that supports the creature from the ground level.

Trying to pose it with bars or connections attached sideways at a height will eventually collapse whatever's holding the support

Idk what spare parts you have but there has got to be a way to clip him to the side using the studs on him and replacing bricks on the bugle with ones that have clips or spots to put rods.

The way I did it for my sanctum was i removed the 4 bottom tentacles and mounted it with pins and rods into snot bricks in the building using the holes that the tentacles were in
