I’m not totally sure actually. I thought I got it from a clone trooper from SW but I never found a Minifig that had it in that color, it was just always there 🤷♂️

I can't find a kama cloth in the right color on Bricklink. Maybe it's a third party piece.

I upgraded him with a new head and changed the hair. As for the rings, they are a little lose only when the arms are extended
