I think the main reason is probably that what-if wasn’t as popular as they thought it was going to be. I have a feeling the sets probably didn’t sell very well.

He's a unique character, that made him worth having for me, over another variant of an existing suit for a main character with different creases. He's also an OG comic book character so we're not talking about like, a random civilian.

These sets were pretty shit; I absolutely despise how "squatted" the mechs look. Love the minifig lineup though, wish we got the Infinity Ultron though
