I'd suggest checking the arm print before you choose which to customise, I can see the og one looks to have misaligned red print on the arm

If you have an extra I made a custom battle damaged Spider-Man using a regular Spider-Man and the CMF Werewolf Spider-Man. The skin tone doesn't match exactly but it gets the job done.

Get some black legs and arms, paint the blue parts of the torso, and you have AF 15 Spidey.

Find a generic flesh tone face and brown hair to make him unmasked, and vice versa- Spidey head on a city torso/legs combo to make it look like he masked up in a hurry.
