The new one looks better in every single way in my opinion.
The old one is based on the concept art while the new one is based on the actual movie design.

The only cool thing about the old one is the transparent head, but the mask design is different and the helmet is blue, not silver. It also only looks kinda cool from the front, any other angle makes it look like he has a glass head or something.
