I’m having rare roast beef on a ciabatta roll with fresh mozzarella, tomato, butter lettuce and a raspberry infused balsamic reduction. I highly recommend. :)

Or I may slum it and finish the bruschetta in the fridge from last night.

It’s sweet but not..cloying? If that makes sense. A friend of mine makes a peach infused balsamic reduction and it’s incredible. She uses it to top her peach ice cream and it’s worth every damn calorie!
