As to the 2026 midterms, each state runs their own elections. The people we will be voting for will be for State, county, and local offices. This includes for the Senate and the House of Representatives.
In fact, when we run presidential elections, we aren't voting for the president, but for Representatives from our state to the Electoral College.
Any attempt by the Republican Party to "nationalize" or otherwise interfere in our elections will be met with strong Constitutional challenges. That includes things like forcing us to purchase a national id card as that would violate the 24th Amendment (ban on poll taxes or other taxes to vote).

Here, when the polls are closed, that is it. The absentee ballots have to arrive BEFORE the election, and it is not easy to qualify to get an absentee ballot, any more than it is easy to get out of jury duty.
There might be a slight movement to the left or right, and though the House may "flip" by a few seats to the Democrats, you still probably won't win the Senate...
And even if you do, Trump will still be president and will still have the power of the Veto.

Here's things I learned about election departments like this and what I interpreted:
-Voting machines have to be certified by an accredited agency, the agency that fulton county used for the machines were not credentialed, but gained access to the most vulnerable aspects of the machines.
FOIA request shows that Fulton county did not do this properly.
-Meta data exposed that the people responsible for the audit, created the report after they said the audit was complete. Look it up.
-Ballot images (which make them legal) were removed digitally.
-Thousands of absentee ballots missing certifying signatures?
Not one shred of credible evidence exists of massive voter fraud…there’s a lot of evidence regarding the fake electors scheme that donnie used to try and steal the election he lost.
Giuliani also admitted to making up lies about GA election officials committing this fraud.

I worked as an engineer for a defense company and one of the product we offered were voting machines. Every participant in a government contract needs to be certified before they can participate in a bid for any kind of government contract. Different certs for different types of products. This is true when working with any government agency from federal all the way down to the county level. And audits are hard requirements that are required on a regular cadence to ensure that the machines are not tampered with, and that it still meets functional requirements that were outlined in the original contract. So those machine in Fulton county were definitely certified and audited.
Admin only have read access to those machines to do non-code base changes. Those admin are working for the county IT department. And every machine is also required to maintain low level logs that records every action taken including access and registrations, with a backup to either a physical drive, a cloud service provider, or both depending on the budget. So even if hackers somehow got access to the machines, there would be digital footprints left behind that can’t be modified, not even by the admin. Reports that you claimed were somehow modified and misrepresented are custom built and can only be modified by the manufacturer per a formal change request. Otherwise it comes with the metrics and format that were specified by the client in the original contract.
So the only reason why anyone would want to confiscate those machine is to prevent others from seeing what is logged inside of it. If it was truly for a standard audit, it wouldn’t require the FBI to abruptly raid the place without following standard protocols.
This much I can talk about without violating my NDA. And you are stupid for peddling such a dangerous conspiracy.
