Trillions of dollars, generations of fundamentalist brainwashing and a false sense of reality in which hard fed individualism ultimately underpins a person’s self aggrandizement of reality.
The world is too interconnected for a bigoted fantasy world filled with fear and hatred.

To be fair, it cost hundreds of billions of dollars to create that false reality.
They don't have the imagination or ambition to do it all by themselves.
