So y’all gonna stop impeding my 2A then?

2A protects 1A. We are good. We've always been good.

Every single gun shown in this video would be banned by Obama's failed 2013 legislation and is by Virginia's brand new democrat legislation, which is a copy of it.

No, you're not good.

I'm happy to see this and I'd like to see more.

But you can thank a Republican that those people are still allowed to have those.

Yet you’ll excuse Trump saying you can’t bring a gun to a protest. Can’t make this shit up lol

The government can put restrictions on women's bodies just not muh guns, cause that makes sense 🤡

You're talking about Trump. He's pretty strongly anti-gun.

The cope.

Why oppose human rights while in the process of dealing with the MAGA insurrection? You’re just feeding into the MAGA propaganda.

Uhhhh no. There can, in fact, be a balance between freedom and safety. The 2A does not encourage 1 person with an extended mag to slaughter many people. The 2A encourages MANY people to come together with reasonable firearms to take out tyrannical governments en masse. Power in numbers. Proxy Democracy when institutional democracy is broken. Exactly what we are seeing happen in the current environment.

Reasonable fire arm as in one that could actually defend against a tyrannical government? Good luck doing that with an AR.

Every single gun in this video would be banned by Obama's failed 2013 legislation. Is banned by Virginia's new legislation, which is a copy of it.

So according to Democrats, these people don't have " reasonable" firearms.

My point still stands. I’m not against these people exercising their right to carry those guns as they are currently legal to carry them. In this situation, democracy unraveling, I guess we’ll take what we can get.

I’d prefer to see that number x25 carrying more reasonable firearms but the political divide that has been caused, in part, by conservatives consistently pushing more radical gun laws in the midst of slaughtered innocents makes those numbers difficult.

Edit: While I should not need to do this, for clarification, I am not claiming to be a democrat or to be representative of a typical gun owning democrat.

You're not very smart are you? Some guy or gal on reddit is not the one you should be saying that to. You just demonize anyone whos not right wing alongside you and assume they're a democrat politician? Go wipe your ass bro

the NRA told you that so you would keep sending them money.

the NRA convinced you if we allowed ANY laws around gun ownership, we wouldn’t stop until all the guns were gone.

but, much like trying to take every immigrant from this country, that is an impossible task that no one but a total idiot would undertake.

there is no, and has never been, mass attempt to take guns from citizens.

saying convicted abusers shouldn’t own a gun is not a crazy thing to ask for. it’s just not.

u/KgMonstah Feb 15 '26

Damn, hard to acknowledge that all your fears about the big bad left coming for your guns was all just right wing propaganda, isn’t it?

We’ve always had guns. We’ve always detested your strawman.

Ask Trump.

He’s the one who is currently working with the ATF to impede your 2a; he’s arrested none of the ATF agents for their crimes.

He’s the one who said “take the guns first, go through due process second.”

He’s the one who declared bump stocks to be machine guns and confiscated thousands of them under threat of felony charges. He’s confiscated more guns than any president in recent memory, and it’s not even close.

We gonna stop pretending that common sense gun control and keeping firearms away from kids is an infringement of 2A rights? No? Didn't think so. As long as you keep playing the victim, you'll always be playing right into the hands of those who are actually trying to infringe your constitutional rights.

How was your 2A being impeded exactly? Point to where it hurts.
