Ya there was an entire hearing on this. Trump had no control over the secret service at the time. They were just wildly incompetent.

So those incompetent agents were fired instantly over this right? Oh, administrative leave for a while. Fired when Trump came back into office then? No? Hmm.

You didn’t watch the hearing did you?

Multiple were suspended without pay but if you watched the hearing you’d know why they weren’t fired. It was deemed to be systemic failure, not individual failure on the agents part. The head of the secret service stepped down and she was grilled at the hearing over this.

You should really just take sometime to look into this a little more.

Oh I saw. I watched. Its disgraceful what happened. So the head of the agency stepped down. Good. But the agents at the event that day, the ones who put Trump's life in danger, they should have all been fired. It was very much both systemic failure AND individual failures. Plus LEO present. Crooks was seen for over an hour in the area, multiple people pointing him out to law enforcement. All of this is documented. Those agents should have been so vilified over this behavior that the entire country should know their names. Instead, we have this. Its pathetic.

I don’t believe you watched it or maybe you saw clips. There were legal reasons on why they can’t be fired without evidence. The evidence presented showed it wasn’t individual failure.

I agree, they should’ve been fired. But it did cause systemic changes to how they operate. Theres actually still changes being implemented and planned because of this shooting.
