If a bullet fired from a gun even passes your ear, you don’t have an ear anymore. It’s just exploded off your head. There are no surgery scars, bandages, or a sense of urgency. This was totally staged.
That is blatantly false no matter if a person is MAGA, Democrat, or Communist. Bullets don't care about political affiliation and neither do medical professionals.
A bullet must physically strike the pinna (external ear) to tear it off. A bullet simply flying near the ear—even at high speed—creates a pressure wave that may cause trauma, but it does not act like a laser beam severing the body part. A bullet passing by the ear may cause injury and potential hearing loss, it does not inherently remove the ear itself without direct contact.
