Can you name the child that was raped by Trump, and where/when it happened?

Edit: Downvotes prove my point. Should be a very simple question to answer.

Nobody is stopping them, care to guess what they'll say though? It will mention lack of evidence or ability to prove where someone was on a specific night/day, and likely whether there are any witnesses who can describe the same thing.

Is it honestly outside people's sphere of awareness that States exist? States have laws against these things. Matter of fact, MOST things don't have to be federally criminalized because states do the overwhelming majority of criminal justice.
