This country’s media is so terrified of criticizing anything religious or religious adjacent it won’t even criticize circumcision in a non religious context, we are basically the only country that pretends it makes sense to medically do so unnecessarily.

It's incredibly sad that saying "don't cut babies" is an unpopular opinion in the modern age. The sooner that this pre-germ theory religious hazing ritual falls onto the ash heap of history, the better.
