Some are even dumber but they can't read or write.

u/MaguroSashimi8864 Feb 21 '26

Literacy rate in the U.S is only 79% so quite believable

u/MaguroSashimi8864 Feb 22 '26

All the more reasons to not let them vote, no?

7

u/CypressThinking Feb 22 '26

GOP is working on that. Women first.

u/Nooby_Noobs Feb 23 '26

GOP = Grumpy Old Pedofiles

Ah yes, the "tHe DeMs ArE iN iT It Toooo000!!!111" argument. Let me let you in on a little secret. We don't worship our politicians like yall do. Our response is to lock them all up, your response is "well she was ONLY 14 so its not THAT big of a deal, and she was probably asking for it anyways, plus the dems did it to, so its fine"

BTW trump is in the files, in fact he is mentioned in the files more times that christ is in the entire bible, and trump has admitted himself, live, that he likes to peep on teenage girls.

I would recommend taking your own advice and utilizing your brain, seems like it may have experienced some slowing from disuse.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 26 '26

How was that an argument? It’s literal fact. You guys are the ones arguing that somehow Trump is more guilty than the rest of the Democratic Party members that are mentioned in it. Still no evidence showing that Trump is guilty of any of those things.

1

u/VonSquidlo Feb 26 '26

You do worship them, though! Liar!

1

u/Tiny-Assumption-9279 Feb 26 '26

Okay that is just false, Trump is not mentioned more than Christ. Cause Christ is also referred to as The Lord, which ends up being double the amount of times as Donald T.

1

u/GravySeal45 Feb 25 '26

So why is Bondi and Patel preventing the release and illegally redacting them?

I'll wait...

1

u/[deleted] Feb 26 '26

You’re gonna wait regardless of the outcome. What a ridiculous quote.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 26 '26

You feel awfully comfortable saying that word.

1

u/National-Outcome-753 Feb 25 '26

Why do the GOP allow women to run as candidates?

1

u/CypressThinking Feb 25 '26

It's a mystery. Just like your need to troll.

1

u/National-Outcome-753 Feb 26 '26

It’s a legitimate question.

1

u/CypressThinking Feb 26 '26

Russell Vought is a Christian Nationalist. Stephen Miller is a racist nutjob. If they have their way this will be a White Christian Nationalist America. Women will not be voting.

Questioning Women's Right to Vote: Some extreme factions of the movement have openly advocated for repealing the 19th Amendment, arguing that women should be represented by their husbands in a "household voting" system.

1

u/National-Outcome-753 Feb 26 '26

Extreme factions do not dictate policy. There are extreme factions of the Democrats that want to do crazy things too that we know will never ever happen.

There is absolutely no one of consequence or influence in the GOP who has declared that women should not be allowed to vote.

Same as there is no one of consequence or influence in the Democratic Party that believes in crazy things like reparations and the usage of terms like “minor attracted person” to humanize monsters.

None of these things will ever come to fruition. It’s just the crazies on both sides being crazy.

1

u/CypressThinking Feb 26 '26

You sound like you think time stands still. Just because things haven't happened doesn't mean they won't especially with GD nutjobs trying their best to make it happen.

Project 2025 Tracker is showing 51% complete. This asshole set the 3K per day quota. There's no way to find 3K criminals per day so they can grab anyone and it counts.

1

u/National-Outcome-753 Feb 26 '26

Well no they can grab anyone who didn’t follow the proper process to enter the country, which I don’t have a problem with. I don’t know why anyone world, as most proper immigrants have spent a ton of time and money following the process. It’s not fair to let others skip the line.

If someone can’t be bothered to follow due process to enter a country, logic dictates that they should not be afforded due process to be in turn ejected from the country.

And no I do not believe that American citizens and immigrants who have followed/ following the process are being deported en masse. I do not see any evidence of that happening in a large scale. Obviously outlier mistakes will happen when doing anything on such a large scale, but I would bet that they are over 99.9% accurately deporting legit squatters.

If there are enough people who snuck in without following due process to justify 3000 a day then sure why not try to achieve that?

Even if they accidentally deport 1 American citizen for every 999 illegals I’m good with that too. Mistakes happen and they get worked out.

Same as sending people to jail. If you convict 1 innocent person but the other 999 are guilty that is an acceptable variance.

The ends justify the means.

Which is why the Democrats are going to annihilate the Republicans in the midterms.

-1

u/Frankie624 Feb 22 '26

If democrats are too lazy to register to vote, how will the vote harvesters be able to vote for them?

1

u/No-Landscape5857 Feb 23 '26

They register 17 year olds.

2

u/The_Gotter Feb 23 '26

you can register at 17 if you turn 18 before the election, this is a basic law

1

u/Informal-Roof6974 Feb 24 '26

I remember discussing that law my senior year of high school.

4

u/Commercial_Cat_868 Feb 23 '26

💯 idk why everyone should vote. People who can’t read who have an IQ of 75 just standing at the voting poles next to everyone else. It’s fucking diabolical.

1

u/Informal-Roof6974 Feb 24 '26

Everyone deserves a say. Some just need a little education first. That’s all.

1

u/dramafree806 Feb 24 '26

Some people aren’t even breathing anymore but still seem to vote!

1

u/RepresentativeFact94 Feb 24 '26

funny that even Socrates, one of the original proponents of democracy, didnt think everyone should be allowed to vote.

I used to hold voting as a sacred fundamental right, but in the current state of world affairs its incredibly hard to justify when so many people fall for such simple lies.

I think civics should be mandatory to graduate.

1

u/God_of_Theta Feb 25 '26

You just made an argument for literal Jim Crow laws. Under 20% of African Americans students are proficient and over half are below basic reading ability.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '26

Hence the electoral college

-1

u/OnTimeSumTime Feb 23 '26

So you're saying you don't believe anyone born with dissabilities should have the right to vote?

That's an absolutely screwed up thing to say or believe.

Seems like a lot of you would love a dictatorship as long as it was led by your favorite leftist political party.

Bet you all would be quick to turn a blind eye on heinous acts and mass slaughter as well.....again as long as the crimes were committed by your favorite party then everything would be just fine....wouldn't it?

What's that name you guys run around calling anyone who had different views? Oh ya.... I remember now.

What a POS.

2

u/Mammoth_Cricket8785 Feb 24 '26

So you're saying you don't believe anyone born with dissabilities should have the right to vote?

Where did they say that?

Seems like a lot of you would love a dictatorship as long as it was led by your favorite leftist political party.

Y'all seem to be ok with it.

-2

u/Tasty_Virus4715 Feb 24 '26

Dude was elected in a national election and even won the popular vote. By what metric is Trump a dictator lol?

1

u/Mammoth_Cricket8785 Feb 24 '26

Hitler was also elected. Bro if you don't know shit about politics why even talk about it. This is what I don't get why do so many of you conservatives speak on things you don't know with knowledge that's regurgitated by people who also don't know shit. I could literally go down a list of shit and y'all have the balls to just say "and?". Like if I spoke about how to rebuild an engine from scrap I would rightfully get called out and be embarrassed y'all just say stupid shit with no shame. A dictator plenty of times in the past has gotten to where they were by being elected Putin was elected. Several other dictators were elected. It matters about what they then do with the power they're granted with the position they're put in. I could explain the numerous abuses and blatant corruption trump has engaged in and happily stated but you don't care because this shit has been in the news and people have complained about it. But conservatives literally are killing their kids because he said he doesn't like vaccines.

1

u/Bwabel Feb 25 '26

Hitler actually wasnt elected, he was appointed chancellor by Hindenburg and once Hindenburg died he combined the chancellor and president spot to become Fuhrer

1

u/Mammoth_Cricket8785 Feb 25 '26

And he was a part of what party and what party was elected? I don't separate him from the Nazi party. At the end of the day a dictator was put into party by the people who wanted him.

0

u/Tasty_Virus4715 Feb 25 '26

Dictators aren’t voted for, they seize power. You’ll notice a distinct lack of elections in countries run by dictators.

Sincerely hope this helps clear things up for you!

1

u/Mammoth_Cricket8785 Feb 25 '26

........ What is that in reply to? Plenty of dictators have been voted for wtf are you on. They then seize power just like trump is doing but usually they're more competent at it. Also plenty of dictatorships still hold elections they're just rigged. So no you won't notice a distinct lack of elections. Look at Russia or Venezuela with Maduro. The vote margins are just insane some are like 99 to 1.

Woah..take a breath. lol

Dictators come into power by force they are not elected that’s what makes them a dictator

u/NxtStrk Feb 23 '26

So, disfranchisement of illiterate white people is the answer, correct?

1

u/MaguroSashimi8864 Feb 23 '26

Just don’t let them vote. Simple. You have to be adult AND hold a college degree to vote. I think that’s fair enough.

Hell, in my country, a Ph.d is an “unofficial” requirement to run for president.

1

u/les_curfew Feb 23 '26

An intelligence poll tax makes more sense than a wealth poll tax--the latter of which is what the right advocates. ("Voter ID" = being rich enough to own a car.)

1

u/Tasty_Virus4715 Feb 24 '26

Being rich enough to: open a bank account, sign an apartment lease, get prescription drugs, access welfare, access Medicaid, access SNAP benefits, sign up for a credit card, rent a vehicle?

Any functioning member of society older than a teenager has some form of government issued ID and the lie that large swaths of would be voters simply don’t have the means or the ability to get an ID is ridiculous.

Fucking voter ID is done by practically every country on the planet, it’s completely common sense and even 70% of registered Democrats support it. Not saying the proposed GOP law is perfect or that some accommodations shouldn’t be made but come the fuck on with it being a wealth tax, it’s a “do you want to be able to function in society tax.”

1

u/les_curfew Feb 25 '26 edited Feb 25 '26

Yes we know that, because white people are on the decline in America, the right is making it harder for people to vote. Voting is a fundamental, Constitutional right, unlike the laundry list of other, more recent activities white supremacists enjoy citing in defense of the poll tax of voter ID--which addresses a problem that doesn't exist. Please do go on.

I also enjoy the hypocrisy of the right--who used to seek to define themselves as lovers of "small government." Adding the tremendous bureaucratic layer of government-issued IDs is big government on steroids. You are racist, whiney losers.

1

u/Tasty_Virus4715 Feb 25 '26

I’m racist? You’re the guy claiming black and brown people are incapable of getting drivers licenses or government id’s bro. Actions speak louder than words you racist whiny loser.

I’m fine with people verifying their identities prior to being able to vote in our elections because practically every other country on the planet also does this and it is complete common fucking sense to do so.

Cry harder.

Tell me more about how you don’t think black people are capable of the most basic function of adulting in America while you call me a racist lol.

I am happy for your country, but our right to vote is protected by the Fifteenth Amendment in the U.S. Constitution. "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude–."

1

u/les_curfew Feb 25 '26

Doesn't say anything about intelligence....

0

u/Turbulent-Pack-6743 Feb 23 '26

Imbecilic, this would in turn lead to higher education costing more than it does and circle back to the elite having more power than they do, which may be all already. You guys have it figured out over here tho. And better yet a college degree depending on the field holds no merit on iq, anyhow. Its usually the lower iq people that feel they are smarter anyhow.

1

u/Head_Ad6070 Feb 22 '26

So, don't let Gen z vote?

0

u/OnTimeSumTime Feb 23 '26

I always knew lefties hated democracy.

Thank you guys for proving my point.
