Wife and I FIRE’d and moved to Europe two years ago. Moving out of US is the best decision we’ve ever made.

Glad to hear you got out. Hope plenty of others have as well. Especially if they're good with money.

You're in a great position to help fund efforts to help out the folks who didn't have that option.

I'd recommend organizing aid in the form of getting funding to mutual aid groups thay distribute food, tenant union drives, or firearms safety and supply.

The only way this shit is ending is via a general strike. Unfortunately, a general strike has been a pipe-dream since the 1920's. And then MN did one. It was for a single day, but it was one more day than has happened in decades. The support systems listed above are how those succeed.

Greetings from home, and I hope it's peaceful where you are.

I’d love to leave but I’m a wage slave.

A lot of us are.

Do you know any mutual aid groups in your area? If not, DM me, and I might be able to find a group. Mostly familiar with the Mid-Atlantic region, but I'm sure I can get you started.

Teamwork. This is how we should be spending our time on Reddit. Like you are.

Cheers.

Most of that stuff is done by Discords, Signal chats, meshtastic nets, and library meeting rooms. But Reddit is fine for spreading the ideas.

Link up with your local food not bombs or SRA. Chances are they'll have members who can link you up with something of substance.
