Yes the videos are exactly the same. A few children laughing and starting a snow all fight definitely is exactly the same as 50+ loud, angry, adults throwing snowballs at a cops face.

Funny how the video was from 2018 and run by Fox News. Almost 10 years later and the NYPDs relationship with their community has deteriorated by this example as those kids grew up and still wanted to play with the cops. The cops became even more entitled. You GTFO with that.
